Can you customize products according to my requirements?

Yes. We support custom frame designs, exclusive logo printing, lens parameter customization (such as diopter, UV protection level), and personalized packaging.

How long does it take to deliver in-stock and custom orders?

In-stock orders can be shipped within 3-5 working days and delivered in 7-15 working days via express. Custom orders take 30-45 working days for production, plus 7-20 working days for shipping, depending on the destination.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for in-stock and custom products?

For in-stock items, the MOQ is 15pcs per style. For custom orders, the MOQ depends on the design complexity, usually starting from 300pcs per style.

Who is responsible for customs clearance and related fees?

We can provide all necessary export documents to facilitate customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are borne by the buyer, as they vary by country/region.

What if I receive defective products?

Please contact our after-sales team within 7 days of receiving the goods with photos of the defects. We will confirm the issue and offer solutions such as free replacement, refund, or compensation.
